What we collect
Account information you provide (name, work email, company), the prospect lists and audio you submit, and operational telemetry needed to run the Service (latency, error rates).
How we use it
To deliver the Service, to improve safety and reliability, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data.
Training data
By default, customer audio is not used to train shared models. Enterprise customers may opt in to a private fine-tune that remains in their tenancy.
Sub-processors
A current list lives at voxely.com/subprocessors. We notify customers of changes 30 days in advance.
Your rights
GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA rights are honored. Email privacy@voxely.com to access, correct, or delete your data.
Security
SOC 2 Type II. TLS 1.3 in transit. AES-256 at rest. Customer-managed keys at Enterprise. See the Security page.
