Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing Voxely ("Service") you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including TCPA, GDPR, and any local telemarketing rules. You are responsible for the lists you upload and the consent posture of your prospects.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Usage above plan caps consumes Voxely Credits at the rates published on the Pricing page. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
4. Data & recordings
Call recordings and transcripts belong to you. We process them on your behalf as a Data Processor. See our Privacy Policy and DPA for full detail.
5. Service levels
Growth: 99.9% monthly uptime. Enterprise: 99.95% with SLA-backed latency. Credits are issued for breaches per the SLA addendum.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days written notice. Annual plans do not auto-cancel; contact your CSM 30 days before renewal.
7. Liability
Voxely's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We disclaim consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
